When I look into it, specific files are missed from the copy / paste process, even though it lists as completing

  • ISSUE: After copy / paste, i did a File count / size comparison and for some reason, not all files are copied across to my Surface.
  • Click in to the iPhone and copy out all files / folders from the DCIM folder.
  • ISSUE: I have duplicate file names in my phone because I import a lot to my phone from my camera or via apple AirDrop and it just REFUSES to import any duplicates, even if I try to put them into a different folder.
  • Right click on the iPhone icon in My PC and select import.
  • I've tried the following work-arounds to no avail: To easily do this anymore and it's extremely frustrating.
